Ive been planning the Mastertracker course for nine years. This course will train people to become professional trackers. If you are using tracking in your job, or just want to learn how we track and interprete kills and tracks, this course is for you.

Mantracking Course

Next month we have the Mantracking Course running at our location in Devon. We have a guest instructor, who is a leading expert in the field of SAR and police tracking. The dates are from the 25th to 27th November.

Tracking James May on BBC2

Watch for James May , ManlabBBC2 being broadcast next Tuesday 25th at 8pm.
You will get to see some good tracking and good counter tracking tricks from the Shadowhawk Trackers.

Mastertracker Courses 2012

We will be running Mastertracker Courses in 2012. The course is for anyone who has attended a Shadowhawk Module 1&2 Course, and wants to take their knowledge further, by delving a little deeper. The courses involve lots more hands-on tracking, including some interesting theory.

Walking With Wildebeest

Dates and Itinerary up for Walking With Wildebeest in Tanzania. This is going to be an amazing safari. We will be using some very interesting techniques to get right into the herd and walk with them. Inside a herd you can find lion, cheetah and leopard, all waiting for their chance to hunt.

James May, Manlab BBC2

Happy to say we had a hard day of tracking James May and Oz, for the new series of Manlab on BBC2. They certainly didnt make it easy for us. I cant say whether we did or didnt find them in the end. You will have to watch the program to find out.
Its packed with tracking tricks of the trade. Like any mantracking, there are lots of ups and downs and when the Shadowhawk Trackers are up, they really are at full steam, and there were times, especially in the swamps and bogs that we needed more noom.
