Needless to say, everyone got on with a full days tracking and kept their tracking going.
I am just getting round to re-packing my gear and putting it into the wash. Whilst out and about I gathered hair samples from elk, roe deer and even wolf so that we can use them on courses. Unfortunatly, the roe deer samples were abundant, and I filled my cargo pocket on trousers. One interesting thing about deer hair is that it is brittle due to the air bubbles within, and so after a few days of having the hair in my pocket, it is fairly well broken up, and almost impossible to get out of the pocket, and so my hopes are pinned on my washing machine to work wonders.
The picture is of Stevie and Duncan posing over a young, lone wolf track. The badges on their shoulders is the badge worn by FOTFs, and carries the strap line" Keep The Noom, Keep The Advantage"
Check back for some good pics and video.
