A few weeks ago I ruptured tendons in my left ankle, and smashed a toe on my right foot kick boxing.
Thanks to all of you who sent messages, and I heeded the advice given by many. Resting doesnt sit easy with me, so it was a compromise.
Light excercise, to start with, building up slowly. I have been cycling and this weekend I went for a jog. Lo and behold, it felt good, so I went on the kick-bag and no probs.
Ill give it another 2 weeks and then go back to the gym, for some light sparring.
