I could tell it was a mid air strike, because of the large amount of small feathers, caught in spiders webs which were a couple of meters off the ground.
On the ground there were bigger feathers, including one of the primaries. The primary was in good condition, and not worn out by the friction of flying. There were at least a couple of thousand clues, as to who, what, where and when.
I have collected all the clues, and we will re-create the scene during our tracking courses.
